random text exists with no buttons

Bug Description
After "saving idea", above the "edit" and "delete" buttons there is a text that says "your vote:". This is unnecessary because obviously we cannot vote on our own ideas, and there are no buttons to do this either, so this text should be removed.
Nothing major, it just doesn't need to be there.

The "your vote:" text is indeed shown on user's own ideas, while (correctly) the vote buttons are not. The text should also not be displayed.
