vorbistagedit: does nothing if no arguments given

Bug Description
When no arguments are passed to vorbistagedit, it waits for nothing and doesn't terminate until the user either does Ctrl-C or Ctrl-D. In my opinion, it should show the usage of the command and exit with error code 1.
