Looks like the same underlying issue as with the second example attached to your earlier report (bug #999918) with the comment
"Here is another student's work. Part of the page prints but the rest is lost."

Saving the attached file 'bug report2.svg' as PDF file works ok with Inkscape 0.48.2 (cairo 1.10.2), Inkscape 0.48.3.1 (cairo 1.12.2) and Inkscape 0.48+devel r11386 (cairo 1.12.2) on OS X 10.7.4.

1) Please provide details about your OS/platform and printer setup.
2) Did you try using Inkscape's internal PDF saving (instead of printing to an externally installed virtual PDF printer)?

I am running Windows 7 with Inkscape 0.48.2. How do I use Inkscape's internal PDF saving instead?

Open 'File > Save a copy…' and choose "Portable Document Format (*.pdf)" from the file format selector (drop-down list below the file listing).

I'm having the same trouble, except if I save the file as a .pdf and print that file, all the objects print just fine.

I also am having a similar problem. I have made a page for printing tiles of logos that I drew inside of Inkscape.

It is 2 columns and 4 rows of the same logo, repeated in each tile . I drew it once and duplicated it 7 more times.

It prints fine when I export it as a PDF and then print it.

Weird:
If I print from Inkscape all of the left column ones print as they should, all of the right column ones print incorrectly, because there are various elements from the logo missing. They are all text that have been converted to paths (both the ones that print fine and the ones that having missing paths).
