Forgot to mention this happened after fresh install of Budgie-Remix, no screen lock settings were changed, no power saver settings were changed, nothing was changed. I just ran sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade in terminal, walked away for hour, came back and correct password was entered five times attempting login and it wouldn't let me into desktop.
It would suck though if I was in middle of some very important work, and couldn't get back into desktop to finish the work and have to reboot/restart each time lol. I'm a Dell Optiplex 755 tower, 8GB ram, 1TB hard drive.
