I confirm this in version 0.43.

For "keycombination" we should add, in the "actions" folder, symlinks to:
* key_bindings
* preferences-desktop-keyboard-shortcuts

For "evolution" we should add, in the "places" folder, a copy of mail-send (or a symlink) to:
* mail-sent
For future icons, we should take notice that Evolution takes some icons from "/usr/share/evolution/2.26/icons/hicolor".
