Bug Description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Add the PPA that contains a minus (-), with add-apt-repository:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deluge-team/ppa
2. Removing the PPA with ppa-purge:
sudo ppa-purge ppa:deluge-team/ppa
3. Again, add the PPA with add-apt-repository:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deluge-team/ppa
