Bug Description
When editing a post, change the mode to HTML and then publish it, the encoding is published all messed up. That is, when using, for example, the character "é", it shows some crazy random characters. Here's a screenshot: http://
That also happens when listing posts and so on.

Hmm, I cannot understand the problem.
And don't know what should i see on this screenshot, You said that if you change editing mode to html, and then publish post, some characters (I think their Spanish) are changed to something wrong.
If you move back to visual editor, the text is ok!? or its corrupted!?
Could you give me a text that has problem there! for some tests!?
Because I have used some texts from wikipedia, and this char "é" but cannot find any problem :-/
More screenshots may help more ;)
