This has worked before with 2nd currency for the bank account and we do want to force USD on this account. The conclusion is, the program now incorrectly tries to create a move that has no foreign currency. And in fact, that's what happens. See attached screenshot. It lacks the currency and currency amount for the move on the bank account, which of course, is wrong.
