I have to add that it is possible clearing the second currency from the bank account of the
USD bank journal.

On confirmation i received following results:

- fiscal position account mapping works (for cash discount)

Regressions:

- no automatic currency difference move posting

Still not solved:

- conversion of cash discount account move posting from USD to EUR
