This issue doesn't happen every time? I assume it didn't happen when you captured the log?

If you're able to reproduce it, please also check the contents of /home/zeuxis/Documents/baskets/baskets. It should normally contain these elements:
backgrounds basket-icons baskets tag-emblems tags.xml temp-cut
(and baskets/ should have a subfolder for each basket).

According to the log, tags.xml was missing, I'm not sure why.

Please also backup your notes (either using Basket backup function or some other backup software) to avoid losing them again.
