Comment 1 for bug 1246417

I've done some work for this in https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~jonathanmcdougall/baretorrent/trunk/revision/570 by avoiding some calls into libtorrent and loading the torrents in a thread on startup. It's better, but there's still stuff to do.
