Comment 17 for bug 25977

Personally, my bottom panel is full of more important things like the workplace-switcher.
I don't interact with my trash bin very often, but that makes it all the more frustrating that it's not in any obvious place.
The "places" menu is exactly where it belongs, since it's implemented as a special folder.
