I messed around with this for a good while, and found this. I went to Adobe Labs and downloaded the Flash 10 tarball, and copied the .so file to my FF3.0 plugins folder
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html
Untar the tar.gz file. Then
sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/firefox-3.0.4/plugins/
Then I just restarted FF. Hope that helps someone.
