I am sorry to see that you are uninformed about the need for root privileges
for writing CDs or DVDs. Your personal feelings are not aligned with facts.

Wodim is known to fail under many conditions _because_ is is not run
as root.

As wodim cannot be legally distributed (wodim is in conflict with GPL and
Copyright) please stop advertizing wodim.
