It would also work well on maximized windows and the bar elements can hide as they do now. Or maybe could just stay horizontal as it is now since people dont really have problems with it when is maximized.
- Another idea (by looking at that kde plugin):
for non maximized, is that the menu could show *horizontally* (instead of vertically) over the window bar only when you mouseover ( or Click ) the *name of the app*. The window title would then disappear and reappear when you move the mouse off.
I think that might also be another alternative so they look more consistent and still behave like the plugin you mentioned and possibly solve the issue.
