I hate how title hides menu in global menu. this is unintuitive, if you not a poweruser
and i have to have the close button hidden, sometimes i want to close a window behind a smaller and not maximed windows. you cant close the window until you click that windows to give it focus so aftar you have to move the mouse to title bar to make the buttons show up.
