My Unity experience is starting to be annoying !!

1st - The window's Menu is the most important thing of a dialog that is open
a ) when it is maximized the menu is close to the frame of the window but the buttons are place in the top left
b ) when it is in a window, while multiple windows are open, then starts the confusion because i can have two instance of the same application (ie firefox ) and the menu it closer to the bottom maximized rather then being closer to the on top window
c ) when multiple dialogs are windowed this created the ultimate confusion because i must search for an empty space to click on (and some do not have it or is a "sniper" task !)

The old (how dare ?!?!?) task bar where the open applications are easily reached with a single click and mouse movement are now lost in the haze of a monstrous bar where everything mix in a soup of icons (when they fold and unfold) and the present application I am using is lost somewhere in the bottom and then i have to roll down, hope it stops where I want it to be, and then pray for it not to fold again or slip so I have to search again for it.

If the intention is to produce a visual, icon based, accessible bar then it must rely on the mouse rather than than the keyboard (yes, i have th alt+tab).

Other thing include :

- > In the notification bar, unity is forcing the user to have only some icons (I NEED to have a a networking monitoring app, like to see if the cpu is not overloading, etc)

-> the administration menu is ... is not .. was a beautiful accessible thing of the past (sniff !) oh sorry is buried under 3 click in game of now in the left now in the right !

-> the notification icons do not fix the menu forcing the mouse button to be pressed, and as the buttons are so small it moving the mouse if skips to the other side menus

-> the "game" of now in the left, now in the right : the window's buttons, the menus are always changing places

-> last but not least is the open app indicator in the unity menu which is a small pointer which is neither helpful (because of the size and being a shape sifter

PS : Is Ubuntu still intended for personal desktop computer of is the new "unity" intention of turning my PC into a IPhone ?
PS 2 : In case this is not the right place for this comments, I am in advance truly sorry.
