Development stopped, because there are lots of ***disagreements*** between us all.

There were three alternatives.
[] global menu on
[] global menu off
[] global menu only on maximized windows
We came up with new alternatives.
[] mockup 1
[] mockup 2
[] LIM

we need to:
- vote on the new alternatives / mockups until 100 votes
- count votes
- ***decide*** the lead alternative

The Ubuntu Community must pressure the Ubuntu team a lot to get the lead alternative implemented.
