We're 13 days away from Ubuntu April, 2012.

Here, greeks and trojans argued a lot. Some want global menu for maximized windows only, others want app buttons instead of menu bars. I don't think the Ubuntu team be able to please greeks and trojans.

What's decided by the end of this hot bug report?
