You contradicted yourself there Danny. If they always have a sector size of 512 bytes then we wouldn't have anything to fix. You must have meant that the larger arrays have larger sector size.

And yea, I can't see where you set the sector size, so I posted a question to the ataraid mailing list yesterday about it.
