I have problem too with midisport2x2 and oxygen8.

I install midisport-firmware and fxload with synaptic, restart my computer, plug my keyboard and midisport2x2.

None of my peripherals is recognized :( in Qjackctl

My config is :

Ubuntu I386 Hardy beta with kernel 2.6.24-15 generic and rt
