I couldn't agree more. Ubuntu Tweak is an extremely useful add-on to Ubuntu, making tasks such as ppa-purging and kernel-cleaning accessible to ordinary users. It should definitely be available in one of the default repositories. Putting it in Ubuntu Software Center as a featured app would be heavenly - more people would find out how easy it makes using Ubuntu.
