Comment 276 for bug 1226962

See http://www.whizzy.org/2015/09/big-bug-bonanza-16-04-lts/ for a sprint
to fix issues in Ubuntu (targeting 16.04).
Since there are patches for this and these patches work, it is important to
get the issue fixed during the sprint.
