Now when using Dvorak and Russian layouts hotkeys are on one physical key when in English-Dvorak layout, and on other key when in Russian (they are placed to position where corresponding latin key was in QWERTY layout). It worked flawlessly for years, and now it's broken in the same way as in Windows, wich never figured out to fix it.
