kde4plugin bug is related to kde4/qt4/pyKDE4 libraries. Maybe OpenSUSE 11.2 use different version of this libraries. Maybe older versions didn't crashed ...

If this answer your question I'll mark this bug as duplicate for bug 441628 since kde4plugin is the real problem.
