Comment 3 for bug 1332979

Found an easy solution for this by letting BackInTime wait 30sec for snapshot folder come available even if notifications are disabled. Please try out attached patch with 'sudo patch /usr/share/backintime/common/snapshots.py < snapshots.patch'
