Comment 0 for bug 955025

At present there are 3 different tooltips which can be seen throughout the ubuntu desktop. This creates an inconsistency in the pixel perfect ubuntu desktop we are trying to achieve with Ubuntu Precise. I have attached 3 screenshots showing the tooltips used in different places.

This is present in Ubuntu 12.04 Daily Build, with all the latest updates installed.
