The unity-launcher-editor ( https://launchpad.net/unity-launcher-editor ) application fulfills the frequently requested power user need to configure Launcher icons.

Desired solution:

- Re-name "unity-launcher-editor" to "Launcher Editor"
- Include unity-launcher-editor on the Ubuntu CD
- Add a link to the "Launcher Editor" from the 'Desktop Interface' (used to be 'Appearance') panel in System Settings
