I remember talking about this at UDS and how it was supposed to be this way, and we all knew that, but I can't find a bug to track it so here it is.
iirc (JohnLea will confirm), you're supposed to be able to drag a lens from the dash and onto the launcher, so that people can have their app or files lenses right on their launchers like we did for 11.04.
