 The "Keep in Launcher" quicklist option should change to being two state toggle rather checkbox option.

Currently, the two states of this option are:
- [no tick] Keep in launcher
- [tick] Keep in launcher

This bug is a request to change these two states to:
- Keep in launcher
- Remove from launcher
