Hola Migueleonm. It should be possible to do either of the following:
1. In the top-left of the screen, open the Dash (or press <Super>)
2. Type "appearance"
3. Click "Appearances"
or:
1. In the top-right of the screen, click on the sesison menu
2. Select "Control Centre" or "System Settings"
3. Click "Appearances"
If either of those work for you, perhaps we could make this bug report just about Right-clicking on the desktop not working as you'd expect.
Would you be able to say why you believe it should be on a right-click menu on the desktop. Is it because this is a behaviour that you're used to from other operating systems, or from earlier versions of Ubuntu or Kubuntu?
