Comment 127 for bug 160311

This has been around since before the last LTS and has only gotten worse since then? This is another example of an Ubuntu default with a significant usability issue that has been around for some time. Workarounds are good, but for something as basic and common as being able to resize windows, this seems like a pretty big issue.
