When a user opens the Music Lens for the first time after doing a fresh install, nothing is shown in the default view.

Desired resolution:

- If the user has no music stored on their computer, when the Music Lens is opened it should display the "Music available to purchase" category header in the expanded state, and displaying the music from the 'Top Picks', 'Recommendations', and 'What's Hot' sections of the Ubuntu One music store.
