I'm also noticing this same problem with LibreOffice writer.

Opened libreOffice writer
Show navigator (F5)
Dock navigator (ctrl + click on gray area in navigator window)
Alt+Tab to show currently running apps.

* Expected behavior
LibreOffice writer is visible in alt+tab menu

* current behavior
Writer is not visible
