Comment 13 for bug 528131

I like the weather applet but it is not critical so I really don't care if it can't fetch the weather. Minimally, I would like option to suppress the notifications. Thinking about commenting out parts of weather.py so they don't popup, but not sure where the best spot to edit in the code. Plus if I do this, every time the package gets updated, then my hack will be overwritten...
