Comment 42 for bug 465916

I'm using the client workaround and having trouble with it. Periodically the printer just disappears from the printers list on the Mac, and the only way to get it back is a reboot (of the Mac). I've tried restarting CUPS on the Mac but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I appreciate that's not got much to do with this bug, but I just wanted to flag up that the workaround is far from perfect, and add some more support for getting a server-side solution into Ubuntu.
