Bug Description

When Audicence is in fullscreen mode, it should draw a sound indicator that adjusts system-wide volume roughly where it usually is in Wingpanel. This is similar to bug 952282. Mockup attached.

Ok, it's drawn now. Shall I report a separate bug about making it work?

It's no longer drawn, reopening the bug.

By the way, since drawing the actual indicator is too problematic, we might get away with just drawing the +/- buttons because notify-osd already provides the indication!
And if notify-osd isn't present there's this GNOME thing still, so we can safely assume we'll always have some volume indication on changing it.
