I had the same issue. On the "Web page not available" screen it displays the link which will not load. I was able to type it exactly into a web browser (took me two tries) to successfully authorize with RememberTheMilk. After that point, the synchronization worked as normal. The problem seems to only be within the browser screen which appears for authorization; as though it doesn't reflect the Internet permission.
