    Fixed astara-ctl ssh command

    * Modified 'RouterSSH' class to parse neutron ports for ASTARA:MGT port
    * Added Exception Handling in class for key or index error
    * Fixed ssh username used for connection
    * Generalized variable name for managment ip address usage
