Quite some time ago (2.014.4), I fixed the :FORCE (SYSTEM1 SYSTEM2 ...) feature, and less long ago (2.20.21), I added a :FORCE-NOT (SYSTEM3 SYSTEM4 ...) feature.

Can we say that this is now a solved issue?
