Bug Description

I noticed that Cloak generators overwrite SonarPulse SW effects re-cloaking units/buildings affected by SonarPulse SW.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
- Put units/buildings inside the area of effect of a Cloak generator.
- Attack with a SonarPulse SW that area.
- Uncloaked units/buildings will re-cloak ignoring "SonarPulse.Delay".

PsychicRevealSpecial and Gap-Generated areas works in same way in YR.So I don't think that it is a bug.But issue 1300 (about new Gap.Reveal duration ) is about it I think...

Until the last week I thought that Sonar Pulse works only against naval units, maybe that's why it survived..

Using the new version 13.258.551 I verify that now Sonar SW nullify the Stealth generator effects on the affected targets on these cases I tried:
- Affected Stealth units that are moved into a Stealth Generator area: The affected unit remains uncloaked until the effect disappears.
- Any affected unit/building inside the Stealth Generator area: they remain uncloaked until the effect disappears.
