Have added another Debug for today the 14th of April, I was playing Vanilla YR with Ares Enabled, 3 AI's & Me on a small map. It was one of the CO-OP Maps I changed into a Multiplayer map.
It slowed down then speed up and randomly kept doing this throughout the entire game.
Hope this helps.
NOTE: No Yuri was involved as that normally causes lag but not this type of slowdown.
