A little bit more info on this
This is only when the carryall(with attached vehicle) is on the ground, when it is in the air, it can be shot down without any problems.
When carryall is grounded(and holds a vehicle), and you fire a weapon that can attack both ground and air(jumpjet, deployed GGI), it will fire but no damage will be made.
