The only potential issue I can see at the moment is if someone wants to put a superweapon like this on a production structure, but it might be possible to work around by either modifying the "primary" designation logic or using some other system.
Perhaps we could add a special Ares key command that triggers some kind of look-alike of the "primary" designation, without actually affecting the current implementation?
