not really that cluttered, especially if you take a little bit of time to organize it into different sections (like I did). Besides, even that is already partially done for you by WestWood.
In any case, it DOES serve to reason that if you can do [#include] for rulesmd.ini, you should be able to do it for the other .ini's as well.
