Comment 6 for bug 895346

Turning the object neutral actually isn't all that hard.
What's concerning me is the Engineer part of the request - it would make way more sense to fix up VehicleThief to work as expected and just use that.
If you want the Engineer to be the one doing the hijacking, then you can just make him a VehicleThief. *shrugs*
