Droke: Do I want this to be reserved for pilot-type units? I mean, wanting it to work on everyone by default is a valid usage case. The reverse is like saying "sure you have hundreds of GIs, but none of them can drive a car - now go build SpecialDriversLicenseGI".

Implementing it as a turn-off-flag is just as valid as as a turn-on-flag, imo.
