Comment 34 for bug 895230

I would rather have a poweredby= tag where the commas mean AND, along with another tag called poweredby.alternate= tag, so we can do cool stuff, like having a tech structure that powers units, along with the original buildings. It would also be useful with complex tech hierarchies.

Also, can buildings power (or disable) other buildings?
