Bug Description
I'd like to be able to draw 2 different rad beams simultaneously, on the same shot of a weapon.
IsRadBeam2=
Beam2.Color=
Beam2.IsHouseColor=
Beam2.Duration=
Beam2.Amplitude=
In addition, the second beam should be drawn perpendicular to the first beam (i.e. if the normal beam is drawn in the YZ plane, then the AltPlane would be the YX plane)
Beam.AltPlane=
Beam2.AltPlane=
The idea is to use the new color and amplitude settings, and intertwine 2 different beams to give a new effect - clearly indicating the different nature of a new weapon.

In theory, it should be enough to implement "Beam.AltPlane= yes/no" , and the rest could be simulated by #504 (if it survives DFD, that is), by giving the unit two weapons with the same FLH and ROF, one with the normal rad beam and one with the alt. plane beam. It would look like one weapon, and on top of that it could be combined with other effects as well.
So for the sake of "Beam.AltPlane= yes/no" which I'd like to see implemented myself, strong support.
