How about expanding the Aircraft Carrier logic for this?

As I can see, the proposals are more similar to the Aircraft Carrier and his Hornets except that they doesn't have a Ammo-tag and it'd applies to Infantry and VehicleTypes than the Slave Miner.

EDIT: Going to test on stock YR the possibilities of the AC logic.

EDIT2: AC logic can only spawn AircraftType, others results with an IE exception code 004145BD, which says that the other types are tried to be identified as AircraftType, considering ModEnc's explanation.
